THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Jyotishig does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. Vedic astrology and numerology are ancient sciences used for spiritual guidance and self-reflection. Individual results may vary significantly. We strongly advise you to use your own judgment when making important life decisions.
You agree to: Provide accurate personal information when requested, use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only, not reproduce or resell our reports without written permission, not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our AI systems, and be at least 18 years of age to use our paid services.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Report prices are displayed clearly before payment. Since our reports are digitally generated and delivered immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a report is generated. However, if there is a technical error or the report was not delivered, please contact us within 24 hours at help@jyotishig.com and we will resolve it promptly.
All content on Jyotishig, including but not limited to AI-generated reports, website design, text, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of Jyotishig. Your personal report is generated for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jyotishig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific report in question.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
